1. Artwork & Product Details

  • All artwork is created by Zoe White (Zoe White Art) and is protected under copyright law. Purchasing a piece does not transfer reproduction rights.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing processes.
  • Custom commissions are based on collaborative input and artistic interpretation. Final results may differ slightly from initial concepts.

2. Commissions

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin custom work.
  • Turnaround times vary depending on complexity and current schedule. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated clearly.
  • Once a commission is completed and approved, the remaining balance is due before shipping or delivery.
  • Minor revisions are included; major changes may incur additional fees.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking provided.
  • Zoe White Art is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with photo documentation.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of artwork, all sales are final.
  • If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out promptly for resolution.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Digital Content & Licensing

  • Any digital downloads or licensed artwork are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
