Allow up to 2-3 weeks for shipping. Shipping outside of the US you will receive an additional charge sent for shipping cost for the additional fee to ship.
Once your purchase has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your package's tracking information.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to error on the customer's end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.
We take great care to protect your investment of your new painting. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at zoe@zoewhiteart.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
